Symmetry Surgical is committed to delivering exceptional quality and service and patient safety is our top priority. Compliance with domestic and international medical device regulations is strictly maintained at all times.

Product complaints are addressed promptly by our Complaint Handling Team. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to begin the investigation process. Please return the instrument (with the original package and label) along with the RMA form.  A representative will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the returned instrument with details regarding the steps we will take to ensure you and your patients are satisfied with the instruments you purchase from us.
