Bookwalter® Retractor System Checkup Program
The original Bookwalter® Retractor system was introduced to the market more than 30 years ago. Your Bookwalter® system is built to last, but over time it may need a little TLC. Whether it’s a cracked malleable blade or a slipping ratchet, your Sales Specialist can identify the components in need of attention and provide you with the solutions you need.
Greenberg® Retractor Checkup Program
The Greenberg® Retractor plays a critical role in brain surgery. Your local Symmetry Surgical Sales Specialist is certified to perform a check up on this system and to realign components to properly calibrate the system to ensure your Greenberg® Retractor provides you and your patients with the highest possible performance.

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship or materials. Specific warranty periods and other warranty terms vary on our portfolio of more than 20,000 products. Specific warranty information may be included in package inserts or operator’s manuals for specific products.

Product complaints are addressed promptly by our Complaint Handling Team. Complaints may be reported by contacting your Sales Representative, our Customer Service team or emailing the Complaint Handling Team directly. Our team will provide a Return Material Authorizations (RMA) to facilitate the product return and to allow for a timely and thorough investigation of the complaint. A Symmetry Surgical Representative will contact you throughout the investigation process to keep you informed of progress as well as the final resolution.
